STAND UP FOR THE CONSTITUTION NOW AND TAKE ACTION TO PRESERVE AMERICAN FREEDOMS!
STOP THE ANTI-GUN, ANTI-AMERICAN FREEDOM LEGISLATION THREATENING DELAWARE LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS!
Key Facts
Just like last year, some Delaware lawmakers are attempting to strip Delawareans of their constitutional rights by introducing ego-driven legislation that will:
- render citizens defenseless by outlawing thousands of semi-auto rifles, pistols and shotguns (Learn more about Delaware Senate Bill 68 | PDF )
- make criminals out of law-abiding Delawareans and render guns useless by instituting a ban on all firearm magazines that hold more than 15 rounds of ammunition (Learn more about Delaware Senate Bill 70 | PDF )
- prevent firearms purchases by implementing firearm purchase permits, waiting lists, purchase quotas, and a searchable firearms database/registry (Learn more about Delaware Senate Bill 82 | PDF )
Political Tricks to Hide the Real Issues
Anti-gun supporters of these freedom-robbing, unconstitutional bills are attempting to influence public opinion through third-party polls and political organizations that disregard facts, science, and American rights, and egocentric politicians are looking toward personal gain and legacy rather than looking after their constituents.
In their attempts to trick the public into thinking that punishing law-abiding Delawareans will somehow stop the violence committed by law-breaking criminals in Delaware’s major cities, the sponsors of these bills are turning their backs on all Delawareans because they are afraid or too weak to deal with the real issues of Delaware’s drug trade, lenient sentencing, and lack of criminal prosecution.
The Voices of Freedom are Everywhere and Go Beyond Political Party Affiliation
From blue collar to white collar, union to non-union, female to male, young to old, New Castle to Sussex, and citizen to citizen, Delawareans are prepared to fight to ensure “for the people” still has value in our state. The anti-freedom sponsors and supporters of these bills believe freedom is determined by political party. We, the people, know better and have already proven the nonpartisan opposition to these bills.
IMPORTANT! As Delaware elected officials on both sides of the aisle have strong feelings against this proposed legislation, it’s up to the voting public to convince them to uphold democracy by voting according to the will of their constituents not according to a forced, baseless political agenda.
